Wedding Date: September 24, 2022
Ariel and Shane planned a colorful, multi-cultural, and lively September beach wedding on the Connecticut coast at Lighthouse Point Park. With family and friends from all around the world, they gathered for a ceremony under the pavilion, with dinner and dancing to follow inside the light-filled venue with the most gorgeous sunset views.
The Lighthouse Point Park is a beautiful location for a Connecticut beach wedding, and Ariel and Shane's love story was even more beautiful. Here are some photos from the day:
Bride & Groom Getting Ready Moments
For Ariel, getting ready was nothing but laughter and excitement with her bridesmaids and mother. And Shane had the best support from his friends and mother. Without doubt it was an exciting time getting ready for the big day.
The First Look
The first look was very windy, but we rolled with it anyways and Ariel and Shane were happy to make the best of the weather together. They were just happy to be there! I'm sure it's obvious just through these photos how much they love each other!
The Ceremony
This was such a beautiful day to get married at the beach while feeling the soft ocean breeze. The ceremony was very special, happy tears were shed.
Bride & Groom
The Reception
To start off the reception, the bride and groom made their grand entrance dancing in together, followed by the bridesmaids and groomsmen. And in honor of the newly married couple, a joyous cultural dance was performed!
After, Ariel had an emotional dance with her father and Shane too had a beautiful dance with his mother.
Later on in the night, Ariel and Shane thanked their guests for showing their love and support on their wedding day. This gave way to heartfelt speeches from Ariel and Shane's siblings which made them laugh and cry.
Of course the guests had fun, as then they took over the dancefloor!
